Antique 4/4 violin labeled: Joh. Schweitzer, fecit at forman, Hieronym Amati Pestini 1813. Johann Baptist Schweitzer born in Vienna 1790 died 1865, pupil of Geissenhof. The violin is rich and resonant in sound.
